1. Prepare the dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with the salt, eno, grated white part of the green garlic and chopped green garlic. Add the dahi, oil and water in batches and knead to form a soft dough. Add a little oil, cover and rest.

2. Make rotis

After 30 minutes, knead the dough again until soft. Divide into small balls. Meanwhile, keep a stove base open for heating on a gas stove. Spread regular sized rotis and make sure they are slightly thick. Apply some water on one side and stick it to the side of the stove. Repeat with all rotis. Once you start seeing bubbles, turn the cooker over on the stove and wait until it turns a brownish color.

3. Garnish and serve

Once the rotis are golden and cooked, remove them to a plate. Brush them with butter or ghee and enjoy!
