Bigg Boss 18: Kashish Kapoor refuses to apologize after shaming Chahat Pandey

In a recent event brawl, Kashish Kapoor lost his temper and abused Chahat Pandey in the presence of other housemates.

The tensions and drama seem to be endless inside the Bigg Boss 18 house. With each new day, the contestants indulge in heated arguments on the sets of the show, leading to more controversies. At times, the housemates also showed their nasty side by making below-the-belt remarks. Earlier, Alice Kaushik had called Edin Rose a ‘slut’ just for talking to guys and now Kashish Kapoor has repeated the unacceptable action on national television by using the same word against Chahat Pandey.

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 18, Kashish Kapoor and Chahat Pandey got into a verbal argument with the former making several cheap remarks about the latter. It all started when the wildcard contestant of the show, Yamini Malhotra, was helping Edin Rose with her outfit in the dressing room. Chahat commented at that time. When Yamini and Edin came out, they complained to Kashish Kapoor and Sara Khan. Hearing this, Kashish added that Chahat also commented on her character and while hinting at the latter, she said, “Gutter kipaidaish (born from a gutter).”

Chahat, who was passing by, then told Chum Darang and Shrutika Arjun about Kashish’s comment and confronted her. Kashish became furious and started shouting at Chahat. Although Sara intervened and tried to stop the fight, Kashish ducked and made another below-the-belt comment. She said, “She’s so ab**ch!”, pointing at Chahat. The housemates present were divided. While Digvijay Rathee sided with Chahat and said it reflected Kashish’s personality, Chum and Shrutika remarked, “Paani jayesa behta hain, Kashish mu kholne se galiwayse behta hain (As water flows, the slang also flows when Kashish opens his mouth).”

Meanwhile, Chahat continued to claim that she had not abused Kapoor earlier and broke down in tears. Later in the night, Sara asked Kashish to apologize to Chahat for his remarks, but the Splitsvilla X5 fame refused.

This is not the first time Kashish has made headlines with his remarks. Earlier, when the show’s host Salman Khan taunted her over her stint on Splitsvilla X5, she reacted by being targeted by Bigg Boss. In an episode of the show, Salman told her, “Pichle show mein yeh dono (Kashish Kapoor and Digvijay Rathee) aaye partner banke aur yeh paise lekar bhaag gayi thi (They were both partners in the previous show and she ran away after taking the money). When the host repeated the question, Kashish explained that she had discussed everything with Digvijay that evening. Afterwards, she mentioned that she had spoken to Karan Veer Mehra about his actions in Splitsvilla the helped him overcome his guilt Salman again said, “Jab quit karte hain na log, woh kabhi koi goal nahi paate hain Wo beech mein hi aise nikal jaate hain. (When people quit, they never achieve any goal). They just quit halfway).”

Upset by these criticisms, Kashish defended herself at the time. Later, she discussed this situation with Chahat and asserted, “Yeah bolna ki jo game, quit kar dete hain, woh life mein aage nahi badhte.” Yeah kya baat hui. Aur yahan pe agar paison ki baat kar rahe hain na, mujhe Rs 2 crores denge toh main leke chali jaungi. “(He implies that people who leave the game will not be able to progress further in life.
