The makers of the Harry Potter movie had to leave out a crucial element of the film’s plot, which impacted the entire storyline – Movie

There are a number of scenes from Harry Potter books that didn’t make it to theaters and this has been a point of complaint for fans since the films were released.

While Harry Potter fans generally love the films, some think it’s a bit unforgivable that certain moments like Hermione’s creation of SPEW didn’t make it to the big screen.

While some of these cuts are understandable from a filmmaking standpoint since they don’t have enough time to fit everything in, there will always be fans lamenting the loss of moments from the books.

Then there are the cuts, which basically mean they have to put new things in later films because they removed the explanation from a previous film.

In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood PrinceHarry seriously injures Draco Malfoy with the “sectumsempra” spell he learned about in his heavily annotated copy of Advanced Potion Making, which actually belonged to his teacher Severus Snape.

Harry doesn’t know what the spell does, only that it is “for enemies”, and ends up giving Malfoy severe bleeding wounds that almost killed him.

Snape intervenes to cure Malfoy and in the book he then orders Harry to bring him his copy of Advanced Potion Making, which Mr. Potter does not want to do.

Book Harry takes his textbook into the Room of Requirement to hide it there and passes off Ron’s copy as his own, and while he is in the room he notices a bust with a wig and tiara on it – which remains engraved in his memory. .

Fast forward to the next book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallowsand Harry learns that Lord Voldemort is a complete idiot because instead of making his horcruxes out of random objects that no one has ever been able to find, he actually used very recognizable artifacts, including Rowena Ravenclaw’s tiara.

When Harry tries to find the tiara, he remembers the tiara he saw in the Room of Requirement and faster than you can say alakazam, he realizes that he already knows where he should look.

However, in the films, Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) doesn’t stick around. Half-Blood Prince and runs away like the big, brave boy who lived, with Hermione (Emma Watson) then telling him to hide the book.

In the film, Ginny (Bonnie Wright) accompanies him to the Room of Requirement and asks Harry to close his eyes while she hides the book so he doesn’t know where it is.

As such, he never sees Ravenclaw’s tiara there, and two films later Deathly Hallows Part 2, this change from page to screen came back to bite the filmmakers in the ass because they now had to find a way to tell Harry about it.

As they had left out the plot of the previous film, they had to introduce a scene where Harry asks the ghost of Helena Ravenclaw (Kelly Macdonald), Rowena’s daughter, where to find him.

So, while Hogwarts is under siege by Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes), Harry must embark on a ghost hunt to find the information he already knew from the books in order to stop this noseless wonder.

The next Harry Potter The TV series will apparently be a more faithful adaptation of the books, so perhaps the original plot point will be reinserted and Harry will know where Ravenclaw’s tiara is instead of having to ask a ghost.
