James Kennedy’s neighbor called police over fight with Ally: source

James Kennedy‘s recent arrest for misdemeanor domestic violence was based on “a complete misunderstanding,” a source exclusively said. Us every week.

“They were arguing and a neighbor was outside and heard them fighting and called the police and the officers came,” a source familiar with the matter said. Wereferring to Kennedy, 32, and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber. The insider also claims Lewber has no plans to pursue charges.

We confirmed Thursday, December 12, that Kennedy was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation with an unknown woman earlier this week. He was released on $20,000 bail.

“We are conducting our own investigation into the allegations made by Burbank police against James,” Kennedy’s attorneys said in a Friday, Dec. 13, statement. “We understand that there were no injuries and we hope that after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”

Kennedy and Lewber, 28, have been together since 2022. Several hours before Kennedy’s arrest, the two stepped out at DIRECTV’s “Christmas at Kathy’s” Christmas party in Los Angeles.

An eyewitness exclusively told We that the Vanderpump Rules The star appeared to be “in a good mood” during part of the party.

“(James) and Ally were cuddling and taking pictures,” the source said. We. “He looked like he was in a good headspace and he was dancing and singing and having fun.”

A second source, however, claimed that Kennedy “ran” through the party, “causing a scene.”

“His friend was chasing him from Kathy’s basement all the way through Kathy’s backyard, and James looked crazy as he ran away,” the second source claimed. “I was like (shocked) and his friend just took the drink and James kept walking. I was like, ‘That was crazy,'” Viall, 44, said. “Ten minutes earlier I met this guy who he introduced as his best friend and then 10 minutes later he’s barking orders,” Viall said on Thursday’s episode. “It was great. I really felt like I was seeing something precious and I was the only one who saw it. Everyone was in their own lane.
