IPO of Hamps Bio: The Hamps Bio Ltd IPO, which opened on Friday, has its second day of bidding on Monday and has so far received a whopping 128.6 times subscription. Till 2:13 pm on the second day of bidding on Monday, SME BSE’s Rs 6.22 crore IPO received 128.6 times subscription garnering bids for 14,89,16,000 shares against the 11,58,001 shares offered.

Its price was set at Rs 51 each. The IPO will close on Tuesday, December 17. Its allocation is expected to be finalized on December 18, while its listing is expected to take place for BSE SMEs on December 20.

So far, the retailer category has received a subscription of 228.01 times, while the non-institutional category (NII) has received a subscription of 29.11 times.

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Hamps Bio Ltd are currently trading at Rs 91 a piece in the gray market, which is Rs 40 or 78.43 percent higher than the issue price of Rs 51. The GMP of 78.43 percent suggests a strong listing for the IPO.

The offer consists entirely of fresh issue of 12.20 lakh equity shares. The IPO subscription window opens on December 13, 2024 and will close on December 17, 2024.

After subscription, the allocation bases should be finalized on December 18, 2024 (Wednesday). The shares are expected to be listed on the SME BSE platform on December 20, 2024 (Friday).
