Actress Mrunal Thakur is all set to enter the action genre with Dacoit, an intense and realistic action drama. Starring the talented Adivi Sesh, Dacoit marks the directorial debut of Shaneil Deo and will be shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu.

The film follows the journey of an angry convict, who meticulously plots his revenge against his former girlfriend after being betrayed by her. With a gripping narrative and high-octane action sequences, Dacoit is set to showcase a never-before-seen side of Mrunal, as she takes on a powerful and intense role.

Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang, Dacoit brings together an exceptional creative team. Shaneil Deo, known for his collaboration with Adivi Sesh on several successful projects, is not only directing the film but also co-developed the story and screenplay alongside Adivi Sesh.

Currently, filming has begun and is underway in Hyderabad, with an in-depth schedule planned in the coming months in Maharashtra.
