Musical actor Kim Beop-rae captivated audiences with his stunning acting skills in “Bloody Love.”

Kim Beop-rae opened her first performance as Dracula at KEPCO Art Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul on the 7th.

“Bloody Love” is a new production of the Czech musical “Dracula”, which has a long history of 30 years. Based on Bram Stoker’s classic novel, “Bloody Love”, premiered in the Czech Republic in 1995 and captured the attention of audiences around the world, including when it premiered in Korea in 1998.

Kim Beop-rae played Dracula, a down-on-his-luck warrior who lived an immortal life but held onto his desire for a woman she loved for 500 years. Kim Beop-rae, who first appeared on stage as the great Wallachian monarch Dracula in 1469, overwhelmed the audience by vividly drawing the 500-year-old tale of Dracula.

Kim Beop-rae showed her control on the stage with her singing and acting skills acquired from her long stage experience, leading the audience into enthusiastic applause. Additionally, it provided a strong attraction by switching back and forth between a joyful action and a sad emotional act toward a beloved woman.

A reconstruction of the Czech musical “Dracula”, which has a long history of 30 years, “Bloody Love” receives a warm reception for its classic tradition and high-quality story. Expectations are high for his performance in the creation of Kim Beop-rae’s Dracula with his constantly evolving acting.

Meanwhile, “Bloody Love” will be performed at KEPCO Art Center until February 16 next year.
