Utah Hockey Club jerseys go on sale Friday – Deseret News

Utah Hockey Club jerseys will be available to the public Friday.

Fans can purchase the jerseys in the team store and online at shop.nhl.com. The website will go live at 8 a.m. MDT and the team store will open at noon. Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to attend a pre-sale at the team store from 8 a.m. to noon.

“This is a tremendous development,” said Chris Armstrong, Utah HC president of hockey operations. “This is a testament to the collaboration between Smith Entertainment Group, the NHL and Fanatics.”

How much do Utah Hockey Club jerseys cost?

For now, Fanatics Premium jerseys will be the only ones available. They will cost $200 without a name and number, $250 with the player’s name and number, and $275 with a personalized name and number.

The team will offer pre-made jerseys with the following player names and numbers:

  • Clayton Keller
  • Mikhail Sergachev
  • Dylan Guenther
  • Logan Cooley
  • Connor Ingram
  • Nicolas Schmaltz
  • Lawson Crouse
  • Liam O’Brien

Most Friday jerseys will be blank and can be brought back later for customization. Jersey customization will be available in-house immediately.

Jerseys sold in the team store will feature inaugural season patches on both shoulders, but jerseys sold online will not. Patches will also be available separately at some point.

Children’s jerseys will not be available at this time, but they will come eventually.

If the inaugural season’s branded pucks are any indication of fans’ desire for Utah HC merchandise, expect the jerseys to sell out quickly. Armstrong says there will be “several thousand” jerseys available, but he says the goal is still to sell them “as quickly as possible.”

This is the first wave of availability, but it will not be the last. Additional waves will occur throughout the season, with the next expected in “early 2025.”

“Ultimately, our goal is to get as many jerseys into the hands of our fans as possible,” Armstrong said.

What will the 2025-26 Utah Hockey Club jerseys look like?

As the hockey world now knows, it typically takes suppliers around 18 months to fulfill jersey orders. An observant mind might note that this timeline means that Utah HC should have already submitted their order for next year, which means they should have already chosen the team name and logo.

That’s not necessarily the case, although Armstrong doesn’t anticipate having to make fans wait that long to get jerseys next year.

“We are currently immersed in this process, looking at a multitude of options,” Armstrong said. “Based on the very encouraging feedback we received from fans and players on the design of the inaugural season jersey, we will be making some adjustments and what we believe to be improvements, but we do not want to not stray too far from what was already well received in our inaugural season.

This likely means the 2025-26 jerseys will use the same materials as the current jerseys, including the colors.
