Wamiqa Gabbi admits to feeling nervous while filming action scenes for Baby John: ‘I never did it’ | Exclusive

Wamiqa Gabbi is very excited about her upcoming film Baby John with Varun Dhawan. The actress will also share screen space with Keerthy Suresh. The trailer and songs of the film have already captivated the audience and garnered widespread admiration. With the film set to release on December 25, Wamiqa Gabbi recalled filming the film’s action scenes and admitted that she felt nervous.

The actress said: “Baby John was my first experience working on an action film of this scale. The production and I were nervous. For filming the first action sequence, they gave me 8-9 hours since I had never done it before. But to everyone’s surprise, we shot the scene in 2 to 2.5 hours! That’s when I realized I had a Wonder Woman thing. It was a great experience working with Kalees Sir and Atlee Sir. They really manage to bring out the best in you. »

Baby John is a Hindi adaptation of Atlee’s 2016 Tamil film Theri. Apart from Varun and Gabbi, Baby John features an impressive ensemble including Keerthy Suresh, who makes her Bollywood debut opposite Varun. The film also features Zara Zyanna and Jackie Shroff, who plays the villain. Co-written by Atlee, Kalees and Sumit Arora, the film is produced by Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios and A for Apple Productions.
