Kristin Davis loves baking Christmas cookies with her kids.

The ‘And Just Like That…’ actress – who adopted children Gemma, 13, and Wilson, six – loves adopting a family tradition and whipping up sweet treats from a recipe that’s been passed down from generation to generation.

Discussing her holiday plans, she told UK show HELLO! magazine: “I spend Christmas with my family, it’s a special and unique time.

“We’ll be enjoying lots of delicious food and I’m sure there will be lots of Christmas cookies to take away.

“Baking Christmas cookies is a tradition that I cherish.

“We have a family recipe passed down from generation to generation and I love the feeling of connection it brings – not only to my childhood but also to the memories I create with my family.”

Kristin loves decorating her Christmas tree with her children and is especially a fan of the Made51 holiday collection, a series of festive ornaments handmade by refugees in connection with UNHCR.

Kristin – who has been a goodwill ambassador for UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, since 2017 – said: “It’s always a pleasure to talk about where these decorations come from and the talented people who created them .

“My children love the animal designs – the snow leopard made by Afghan refugees and the charming songbird made by Karenni refugees in Thailand.

“My favorites are the beaded pieces, especially the Flower of Hope, made by women in South Sudan. »

Kristin will also find time during the holiday season to reunite with her “And Just Like That…” co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon.

She said: “We just finished filming season three, so I’m sure we’ll all take some time to rest and recuperate for 2025. We always check in on each other during the holidays.”
