“On The One Show, we wanted to give the same feeling I had with my family last year, to a deserving viewer.

“And that person was Kat from Oxfordshire, whose amazing teddy bear she has had since birth… unfortunately she was also attacked by a family dog ​​and has a huge hole in her side.

“She wants to pass this teddy bear on to her wonderful son Freddie who has done amazing things and raised over £4,000 for his sadly deceased grandfather.

“It will be the most special Christmas gift they could ask for as a family and something that will become a constant in their lives for many years to come.”

Roman also talked about what it was like to enter the famous barn for the first time.

He said: “It’s really special, it’s like walking into one of your favorite TV shows, so it’s always a really cool moment.

“It’s one of those shows – you always see moments television where you feel so good and the whole family is stuck together and The Repair Shop is a show that does that a lot.”
