This comes at a time when Allu Arjun is also facing legal issues over the death of a woman who died in a stampede during the premiere of Pushpa 2. The crowd went out of control after Allu Arjun walked out of his car to greet fans attending the premiere. A woman died while her son was brutally injured. The boy has since been hospitalized.

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, 2024 in connection with this case. He was picked up from his home and then placed in police custody for 14 days. He was granted provisional bail for 4 weeks on a personal surety of Rs 50,000. However, delays in the administrative formalities led him to spend a night in prison.

However, police officials are now set to file a petition in court against the actor’s interim bail. Police officials also claim that Allu Arjun was asked to leave the theater on December 4 but refused to leave, which later led to a stampede. A police officer also claimed to have informed an Allu Arjun manager about the woman’s death and said the situation was getting out of control. However, the actor’s team members did not convey the same to the actor. It appears police officers are now likely to present video evidence to support their claims in court.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, protesters also landed outside Allu Arjun’s house demanding justice. They vandalized the property and damaged part of the house.
