Meghan Markle’s ‘ultimatum’ to Prince Harry in ‘panic mode’ before Christmas: ‘fix things’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are no strangers to public attention, but a parody of “Family Guy” last year particularly resonated with our audience. The lively scene, which mocked the couple, depicting them lounging by a swimming pool and taking advantage of Netflix deals and sponsored Instagram posts, is said to have left the Duke and Duchess of Sussex deeply disturbed.

According to sources, they felt it presented them as “spoiled” or “legitimate scammers.” Meghan, in particular, was reportedly determined to find a solution and avoid further embarrassment.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in “panic mode”

In the parody, cartoon versions of the couple showed a butler their “Netflix millions.” Following this, an animated version of Harry responds: “Put him with the others.” Later, “Meghan” tells him, “Baby, it’s time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco.”

A source at the time said the scene would have deeply upset Harry and Meghan. “Meghan said she would not be humiliated like this and was desperate for a solution. They are in total panic mode,” a source told Closer Magazine. “What hit them hardest and affected them most deeply was that it promoted the idea that they are entitled crooks or spoiled brats.”

Some insiders claimed Harry and Meghan realized their popularity in the United States was waning. Meghan reportedly wanted Harry to mend fences with his father, King Charles, and brother Prince Williams.

Meghan wants Harry to ‘make things right’ with the Royals

Harry and Meghan left London in 2021 after stepping down as senior royals. They found their new home in California, USA, and have since welcomed their second child, Lilibet, away from the royal household. Sources say the couple are aware that “the winds have turned against them in America.”

However, Meghan wouldn’t “ask anything” from the royal family “after everything that happened.” Instead, the duchess “hoped Harry could reconcile with his family.” According to the UK Mirror, “Meghan has been distancing herself for months, but now she’s giving Harry an ultimatum and demanding he do whatever it takes to make things right.”

Christmas in California

Harry and Meghan are reportedly staying in Montecito, California, with their children, Archie and Lilibet, and Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, for Christmas. In a recent interview with Marie Claire, Meghan reflected on her family’s holiday traditions since moving to the United States. She explained how Christmas has become more special as her children get older and begin to understand the festivities.

“At first, I think as a mom with kids, you just enjoy having them there, but they don’t understand everything that’s going on yet. But now we’re at the age where I can’t wait to see it through their lens every year.
