Candidates will have to pass a series of rigorous tests, including one where they will have to remain surrounded by corpses in freezing temperatures for a full 10 minutes.

According to reports from the South China Morning Post, the job advertisement was posted on December 11 by Rushan Xinmike Human Resources Corporation Limited. This role, intended for people working in a funeral home, includes unique conditions that not everyone is prepared to face. Among these conditions is the chilling test where candidates will have to endure an extremely cold environment surrounded by dead people for a grueling 10 minutes.

This frightening test is part of a rigorous selection process aimed at assessing the mental and physical endurance of candidates. Only male applicants aged 45 or younger are eligible for this position, which involves 24-hour shifts. In addition to the gel test, applicants must undergo a full background check, medical exam, and interview. In addition, they will have to successfully complete a six-month probationary period before officially landing the position.
