The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that they had been called to the residence 60 times in the past two months in response to harassment. Police were called to the residence on Christmas Eve, where the victim told officers that Champagne had written derogatory messages at the end of her driveway, yelled at her and threatened to harm her, the Facebook post states from the sheriff’s office.
