Christmas fire closes Springfield business ‘until further notice’

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) — A Springfield business was damaged by a fire early Christmas morning.

According to the Springfield Fire Department, crews responded to a fire near the intersection of West North Grand Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard, where MVP Bar and Grill is located.

No injuries have been reported, but the business will be closed until further notice, according to their Facebook page.
