Do you want Jeff Bezos as a neighbor? 0 million buys you Miami’s most expensive address, on Indian Creek Island

Indian Creek Island, Miami’s exclusive “billionaire bunker,” is back in the spotlight with one of the most expensive real estate properties currently on the market: a 1.84-acre waterfront parcel listed for a staggering sum of $200 million. Potential buyers not only need Bezos-level wealth, but will also enjoy an enviable advantage: being Jeff Bezos’ neighbor.
The land at 9 Indian Creek Island Road offers a rare chance to own undeveloped land on this hyper-exclusive island, known for its 41 homes, private golf course and tight security with its own police force and patrol maritime, reported the New York Times. Real estate broker Ilya Reznik says the property’s 200 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay is ideal for building a luxury estate with a dock for a 180-foot megayacht.
The island’s allure has attracted billionaires like Tom Brady, Carl Icahn, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump. Bezos himself has already spent $237 million on three nearby properties, making the proximity of the new lot a headline-grabbing topic.
“They were planning to build, but plans changed,” Reznik said of the current sellers, who purchased the land for $27.5 million in 2018, the Post reported. A concept plan for a 25,000 square foot mansion is included for dream home enthusiasts.
Although the seller remains anonymous, Reznik joked: “It’s more interesting to know that the land is next to Bezos than to know who the seller is.” »
Whether they’re a tech mogul or a hedge fund titan, the next owner will enjoy not only stunning views of downtown Miami, but also a coveted spot among the world’s wealthiest on this ultra-exclusive island enclave.
