A new group of experts is sworn in at the Ministry of Justice

A new group of Qataris were sworn in on Wednesday at the Ministry of Justice as accredited experts to the country’s judicial authorities, in accordance with regulations set out in Law No. (16) of 2017 regulating the work of experts.

The group includes 12 experts from national frameworks and experts in multiple specializations, including IT expertise, financial markets, real estate valuation, chemical and radiological engineering, mechanical engineering and financial expertise.

They are registered as natural persons, in addition to a legal entity expert in the field of IT expertise.

Director of the Ministry’s Experts Department, Abdullah Bushahab al-Marri, highlighted the importance of the role played by experts as assistants to judges and one of the main pillars of speedy justice in relation to technical aspects linked to a wide variety of businesses. .

He affirmed that expert reports play a considerable role in accelerating the delivery of decisions and judgment.

al-Marri added that the ministry, based on the directives of HE the Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Ibrahim bin Ali al-Mohannadi, wishes to strengthen the national cadre of experts, provide expertise that keeps pace with the entire renaissance that the country has witnessed in all fields and create the appropriate conditions to provide an integrated Qatari expertise system. –QNA
