There’s a giant mouse in the house, and that’s a good thing. Two, actually. At noon EST today, GiantMouse is launching the latest addition to its coveted GM series, the GM12, and its blacked-out pirate sibling, the GMP12.

The GM range is special in that it showcases what world-renowned Danish knife makers and designers Jesper Voxnaes and Jens Ansø are capable of when the hackles are off: truly beautiful and unique knives, impeccably machined with premium materials. range. line materials, which are also completely functional.

With this latest trick, they’ve really maximized the ingredients, thanks to milled titanium and PVD bronze handles and MagnaCut super steel blades, continually cited as the best blend of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance.
