Frankfurter High Rise Award 2024: Higher international prize awarded in Singapore | hessenschau.de

The international real estate company CapitaLand in Singapore won the International Hochhaus Prize (IHP) and the city of Frankfurt with the Deutschen Architekturmuseum (DAM) and DekaBank. The price is 50,000 euros and will be reimbursed to the Paulskirche church.

The prize was awarded to architects BIG Bjarke Ingels Group (Denmark/New York) and CRA Carlo Ratti Associati (Turin/New York), in 2018, an international agency for the completed project. “CapitaSpring” is the opinion of the jury “das derzeit überzeugendste Hochhaus weltweit”. The jury took charge of the design, as well as the interests of the city and the private building “in an ideal architectural design in Einklang”.
