Hemant Soren meets PM Modi, Amit Shah before taking oath as CM of Jharkhand

NEW DELHI: Jharkhand Hemant Soren, designated CM and leader of the JMM, with his wife and party leader Kalpana Sorenmet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Tuesday.

Following his meeting with Shah in Parliament, Soren said: “Greetings to all of you… There will be meetings even in the coming days… There are many things. We have to form our government. We have come here for blessings.”
Soren hinted at further discussions with the Center as it prepares to form the new government in Jharkhand.
