Four people arrested after drugs found in house

Police arrested four people after raiding property in Dovecot

Four people have been arrested on suspicion of drug offenses after a quantity of cannabis and drug paraphernalia was found at a house in Dovecot. EVOLVE Liverpool-Knowsley officers executed a warrant at a home on Lynsted Road on November 6, 2024.

Three men aged 21 and 23 from Dovecot and a 28-year-old man from Huyton as well as a 46-year-old woman from Dovecot were arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug with intent to supply and possession of criminal property. All four men were taken to a Merseyside police station for questioning and released pending further investigation.

Superintendent Tony Fairhurst said: “Drugs bring misery to our communities and we are committed to removing drugs and people involved in drug-related activity from our streets. We are also committed to seeking help for addicts to help end this cycle.
