Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Predictions, Picks, Odds

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Predictions, Picks, Odds

It’s two division opponents at opposite ends of their division facing off this weekend. The Kansas City Chiefs currently sit comfortably in first place in the AFC West, while the Las Vegas Raiders sit firmly in last place. However, the tide could turn for each of these squads.

The Chiefs barely managed to eke out a win against the Carolina Panthers in overtime last week, a game they should have dominated throughout. The Raiders, meanwhile, managed to put up a fight against a much stronger Denver Broncos team in Week 12. Sure, they may have lost starting quarterback Gardner Minshew for the rest of the season, but the Raiders shouldn’t lose too much in his absence. Maybe the Raiders can shock the world and put a damper on the Chiefs’ hopes of a first-round bye.

Here are our experts’ predictions for this AFC West showdown.

Lorenzo Reyes: Chiefs 26, Raiders 19

Kansas City has the better roster and should definitely win this game. The problem is that the Chiefs have had trouble putting their teams together. And even though the Raiders are in the midst of a rebuild, this is still a massive line and Kansas City is just 4-6-1 against the spread this season.

Tyler Dragon: Chiefs 27, Raiders 17

Kansas City was disappointed with its performance in Carolina. Expect the Chiefs to have a better performance against a struggling Raiders team. The Raiders plan to start Aidan O’Connell this week.

Richard Morin: Chiefs 25, Raiders 21

You won’t make much money this season betting on the Chiefs to cover spreads week to week. Kansas City still has a bad habit of playing with its food. He will get the victory, rest assured, but be careful when the gap reaches almost two touchdowns. Your Black Friday budget is better spent elsewhere.

Jordan Mendoza: Chiefs 30, Raiders 10

Kansas City gets one of the best Black Friday deals with an easy win with little effort.
