In a recent interview, the Delhi-based artist revealed the secret to her glowing complexion, her popular detox powder, which she regularly sends to over 100 people. This special blend of spices, mixed with water and lemon juice, serves as an energizing morning detox drink, giving the body a refreshing start to the day.

Shalini also shared her thoughts in a comment on an Instagram post, highlighting how her detox drink helps maintain a healthy body and glowing skin. She shared the following in the reel’s caption, offering tips on how to use her detox powder for optimal benefits.

How to take powder

  • Please take a glass of lukewarm water and lemon juice in the morning.
  • Add a teaspoon of powder to lukewarm water.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms Jeera
  • 500 g of Ajwain
  • 2 tbsp. Black salt
  • 50 g of cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp. Triphala
  • Put it in powder form

Mix half a teaspoon of this powder with a glass of lukewarm water and a lemon. Please have it in the morning.

Along with the recipe, she also commented, “Anise powder should be consumed after meals to curb the urge to eat sweets and desserts after the meal.”
