Ingredients:

1 small ripe avocado

100 g fresh or frozen mango

1 handful of spinach

1 small ripe banana

2 tablespoons ground almonds

125 ml of milk or coconut water

Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey

Toppings:

Sliced ​​kiwi, flaked almonds, berries, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint

Method:

Blend avocado, mango, spinach, banana, almonds and milk until smooth. Add honey to taste.

Adjust consistency with more liquid if necessary.

Divide into bowls, add the toppings and enjoy.

Ingredients:

For the syrup:

1L of water, 120g of sugar

1 red apple peel, 1 lemon and orange (sliced)

1 star anise, 1 clove, 5 cm cinnamon stick

1 prune, 1 fig, 1 apricot

10 mint leaves

For vegetables and fruits:

100g each: carrots, celery, fennel, apples, pears, pineapple, eggplant

100g each: orange, banana, kiwi, cherries, apricots, peach, raisins, berries

Method:

Boil water with sugar, spices and zest; filter after 10 minutes.

Cook the vegetables and fruits in the syrup until tender.

Mix, garnish with mint and herbs and serve hot or chilled.

1/3 cup chopped pecans

125 g all-purpose flour

50 g caster sugar, 50 g brown sugar

75g salted butter

½ teaspoon of vanilla essence

2 tablespoons of milk

¼ teaspoon baking soda

75 g dark and milk chocolate (chopped)

Method:

Cream the butter, sugars and vanilla; mix with the milk.

Stir in flour, pecans and chocolate.

Shape the biscuits and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and let cool.

Tip: Serve with tea or coffee for a warm treat.

1 cup daliya (cracked wheat)

½ cup jaggery
