‘Most Dominant Duo in the League’ – Tom Brady Verdict Shows Clearly Where the NFL’s Power Lies as the Kansas City Chiefs Overlooked Him

‘Most Dominant Duo in the League’ – Tom Brady Verdict Shows Clearly Where the NFL’s Power Lies as the Kansas City Chiefs Overlooked Him

Tom Brady knows better than anyone what it takes to win a Super Bowl.

Before the seven-time Super Bowler returns to Arlington to work his first Thanksgiving game, the $375 million FOX Sports analyst has the Detroit Lions at the top as the team to beat.

Tom Brady’s Thanksgiving Power Rankings

After 12 weeks

    1. Detroit Lions

    2. Kansas City Chiefs

    3. Buffalo Bills

    4. Philadelphia Eagles

    5. Minnesota Vikings

Brady has been dropping his weekly rankings throughout the season and the Red-hot Lions remain at the top of his rankings, thanks to even more dominant play from their all-action offense.

“The Lions are 10-1 for the first time since 1934!? That’s crazy!” he said after the Lions remained in the lead after moving to No. 1 in the 12th week.

“Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery continue to show why they are the most dominant running back duo in the league.

“It’s not just an offense. I have to show love to Aaron Glenn and the Lions defense. They went 10 quarters without allowing a touchdown.”

Under Dan Campbell’s NFC favorites, the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills are jostling for power and it’s Andy Reid’s team that has the advantage.

This is despite the Bills winning when the teams met in Western New York a few weeks ago.

Josh Allen’s MVP-caliber performance drew a simple two-word verdict from Brady who won six Super Bowls alongside Bill Belichick with the New England Patriots and another in Tampa Bay.

“They’ve been so good this year that they have a six-game winning streak.

“Josh Allen, yes, that’s him,” Brady said with a knowing pause.

“He has this offense at almost 30 points per game, and they just finished their bye week, so Buffalo will look to stay undefeated at home when they host the 49ers on Sunday night.”

The Chiefs moved into second place after their close win over the Carolina Panthers, where Patrick Mahomes held his own as he always has for the four-time Super Bowl champions.

Their 30-27 win over the Carolina Panthers was close with a messy fourth quarter, but as Brady explains, the Chiefs found a way to win like always while praising the star man Mahomes.

“They continue to find ways to get the job done…Patrick was huge in the clutch with a nice scrum late in the fourth quarter,” Brady said.

In his latest power rankings, the legendary QB turned analyst predicted that he expects Allen and Mahomes to meet again in the postseason.

Allen got the better of Mahomes during the regular season with a 4-1 record, but when it comes to the playoffs, the Chiefs have won their last three preseason meetings.

“I would be shocked if the Chiefs and Bills don’t meet again in January,” Brady said on Instagram last week.

The Bills next face the Los Angles Rams while the Chiefs have a chance for revenge.

They face the Raiders who beat the three-peat champions at Arrowhead last season.

Meanwhile, Brady will call the New York Giants against the Dallas Cowboys in his first game of the holiday season – and the prime time slot tends to be one of the most watched games in the NFL season.
