American rapper Lil Xan is reportedly wanted by police after hitting a fan in the head during a concert.

Lil Xan, 28, was seen in a music video performing at Royale nightclub in Boston last Friday.

In the video taken in the early hours of Saturday morning, the artist could be seen on stage holding a microphone when he got into an altercation with an audience member who extended his middle finger to the rapper.

The rapper – who also goes by the name Diego – then appeared to attack the fan using a microphone, knocking him to the ground.

As the bystander got up, he then threw the microphone at him and kicked him in the head, knocking him to the ground.

He is then thrown off the stage, while members of the crowd look on in shock.

They also added: “We were told the man refused medical treatment at the scene.

“And cops say they were also told Xan assaulted two other people as he left the club.”

Sources also claimed that the rapper left the scene shortly after the incident and avoided security who attempted to locate him.
