Hugh Grant’s heartfelt confession about being a father

Hugh Grant recently admitted he loves being a father to his five children, whom he shares with wife Tinglan Hong.

During an appearance on the November 14 episode of The Kelly Clarkson ShowTHE Notting Hill The actor reflected on the challenges of fatherhood.

When Kelly asked, “Are you like a jungle gym dad?” Like your kids are crawling all over you.

To which Hugh replied: “Oh, I kind of like that.”

THE Music and lyrics The actor mentioned, “I mean, there’s a lot to dread because I’m old and it’s loud and it’s unbearable.”

However, Hugh joked: “I’m hiding in the toilet for a bit. I sleep in there a lot now. There’s a lock, but they’ve pretty much broken it now.

THE Wonka The actor said: “I mean, I come home tonight and, let’s face it, the moment where they jump into your arms – my six-year-old daughter calls it her ‘chimpanzee hug.’ I like that.

After talking about the kids, Hugh became emotional and told Kelly, “I made myself cry.” »

Earlier in October, the Heretic star appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live Show and explained what he named his two youngest daughters.

Hugh, who had not previously shared their names, stressed that he was a little “freaked out” when naming unusual nicknames for his children.

“I have a daughter that I named… I was a little freaked out with my wife the day we gave her a name and we thought it would be good for her, when she was older, if she could saying in bars that his middle name was Danger. So her name is Lulu Danger Grant,” said the Love in fact actor.

For his other daughter, Hugh added that her “name is Blue because once again I was freaking out about names with my wife, so we asked (Lulu’s) older brother when she was on the way.”

“We said, ‘There’s a new baby coming, what should we call him?’ And he said ‘Kevin,’ because he was his favorite Minion,” the actor added.
