Black Friday is here. To find the best deals in each category, follow all our Black Friday coverage.

Just because people aren’t fighting at Best Buy on Black Friday these days doesn’t mean there aren’t great deals – it’s just harder to spot the best ones amid the overwhelm of all Internet for sale. That’s where your trusty team of strategists comes in: we spend all year reporting on sales, so we know a really good discount when we see one. As my colleagues and I tracked the best Cyber Weekend deals on everything from bedding to beauty to toys, we found plenty of products marked down to their lowest prices ever – and as a bonus, many of them would make great gifts. Just note that prices may change or high-demand items may sell out at any time, so don’t hang around. I’ll continue to update this story as we find prices that are lower than ever, so check back regularly. And for everything else on sale, check out all the best Black Friday deals we’ve found.

Updated December 1: Updated prices and checked stock for all products.

I paid more than that when I bought a pair of used AirPods earlier this year. That’s the cheapest price we’ve seen and it’s definitely a bargain – and as a recently converted AirPods user, I can attest that they’re as good as everyone says they are.

If you’re into Apple but don’t have a Watch yet, here’s another all-time low. This is tech writer Jordan McMahon’s pick for the best, cheapest smartwatch, which he says covers all the bases of a good smartwatch: workout tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking and ovulation and detection of falls or accidents.

For true Apple enthusiasts (or those who simply need a new laptop), the all-new MacBook is 20% off for the first time ever.

The “slim” version of the PS5 is 15% off, which doesn’t sound like much, but is still the lowest price ever. As the name suggests, it’s a bit thinner in profile than the original PS5 version (and as someone who has one in my house, they’re pretty big!).

Dyson cordless vacuums are rarely more than 30% off, so this is a particularly good price. This slim model is lightweight and its swivel head makes it easy to reach under furniture.

If you’re feeling bougie, one of our favorite robot vacuums from Dyson is also on sale at an all-time high. McMahon says it’s particularly effective at picking up dust and large particles, like clumps of pet hair.

And if you are definitely not Feeling bougie, this already affordable RoboVac is also discounted to a lower price than we’ve seen before. It’s second on McMahon’s list and the robot vacuum cleaner that strategist Liza Corsillo says helped her avoid couples therapy.

Here’s another one of our favorite wireless options. It is a little heavier than the Dyson above but has great suction power. The body can also articulate, so you don’t need to crouch or bend to reach hard-to-reach places.

Many other vacuums are also being marked down to new lows, including this wet-and-dry vacuum that strategist writer Bella Druckman is considering buying for herself.

These over-ear headphones that writer Arielle Avila spotted on dozens of teens on TikTok are half price, just in time to buy them as a holiday gift for the teen in your life.

The Bluetooth headphones that Roxanne Gay swears by are on sale for just under $200.

Our best-in-class sofa is 20% off, less than writer Erin Schwartz says she’s ever seen. (And they sat on 57 couches to find the best one.)

As The Strategist’s resident mattress expert, I can confidently assure you that most mattresses are almost always on sale. The Parachute Eco is not one of these mattresses. It’s only discounted a few times a year during the biggest holiday sales events, and this Black Friday deal is the cheapest I’ve seen, at around $180. This mattress happens to be one of our favorite innerspring models.

Everything else at Parachute is also 30% off (including items already on sale) — it’s the biggest sale we’ve seen in the brand’s history. Strategist Deals Editor Sam Daly recommends buying the basics to get the cheapest prices ever, since most of these items rarely go on sale. Highlights include my favorite down pillow, the linen sheets favored by several Strategist staff members (myself included!), and a deliciously plush down-alternative mattress topper.

This Japandi-style coffee table made from reclaimed oak is the cheapest we’ve seen, thanks to sales of up to 40% off on Sunday.

Our favorite bamboo bath mat is almost half price. new York Deputy editor Alexis Swerdloff says the paper dries so quickly she barely notices it’s gotten wet. After seven years of use, hers still looks as good as it did when she first bought it – something you can’t say about most bath mats.

The maker of our best-in-class carry-on suitcase also has its biggest sale yet. Writer Katherine Gillespie swears that the Away Carry-On is worth its high price because it fits most overhead compartments, is solidly built, and has a very good warranty. But now the price is a little more reasonable, at just over $200.

Kosas’ Black Friday deal is better than ever: 25% off everything, which is a nice increase from the brand’s more typical 20% off deals. It’s a good time to try this concealer that beauty columnist Rio Viera-Newton uses when she goes foundation-free and beauty writer Tembe Denton-Hurst has gone through four hits. Denton-Hurst says the formula is super creamy and the shade match is great.

Denton-Hurst says she rarely sees this Dyson hair dryer marked down more than 20%, but right now it’s 23% off at Nordstrom And Zipporah. It’s not a huge leap, but on such an expensive hair tool, every dollar counts. This is our best-in-class hair dryer, loved by professionals and home hair care enthusiasts alike.

The six-piece version of our best, cheapest hair dryer brush with multiple attachments is at an all-time high. It is designed for all hair types and comes with a diffuser, self-winding curlers, a paddle brush and an oval brush.

If you don’t already own an electric toothbrush, you don’t even know how clean your teeth could be. This one is a similar model to Pariso’s beloved Sonicare toothbrush, which she said was the best thing she bought in a year. And that’s almost half.

These Crest Whitestrips are also at an all-time low price.

This brand will also cease operations on January 1, 2025, but if you want to grow fresh herbs right in your kitchen, this is a solid indoor garden kit at half the price, but only in the black colorway.

Need a gift for the bird watcher in your life? Give them this smart bird feeder that records videos of all the feathered friends that pass by. Writer Jeremy Rellosa gave it to his parents last Christmas and shortly after, his family group chat became 99% bird videos. And while it’s not quite 20 percent off, it’s cheaper than ever before.
