Looking for a spicy and flavorful recipe that you can prepare in 10 minutes? It’s the ultimate dream, right? Luckily, TikTok has you covered. A video of a family Turkish pasta recipe is going viral because it’s healthy, delicious and quick to make, and it’s easy to see why millions of people are obsessed.

“This entire meal only takes as long as it takes to cook the pasta,” Paul explains in the video. “It’s super, super easy and quick.”

Start by cooking the meat and adding some spices like curry, paprika and salt. Next, add salt and garlic to a pot of Greek yogurt and mix it. “It’s like a universal sauce in this house,” says Paul.

While the meat cooks, Paul and his mother melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the paprika. And that’s it! To assemble, put the pasta on a plate (they used bow tie pasta, but you can use any kind), followed by the Greek yogurt mixture, then the meat and paprika butter sauce. The final garnish is a little parsley and chopped cherry tomatoes. So !

It’s so pretty as is on the plate, but Paul mixes it all together as she eats it to combine the flavors. She can’t help but dig in immediately, and we’re not surprised at all: it looks so good!

So many people enjoyed this recipe that Paul made a follow-up video. “Most people are obsessed with it,” Paul says. “I’ve had people tell me they made it every day for a week straight because they loved it so much, and I don’t blame you,” she adds, eating it again. It truly is a phenomenal dish, perfect during the winter months and during the hot summers.
