“I just don’t feel like myself.”

Kyle Richards opens with a very difficult time during filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14.

“This scene in particular, the departure. I just don’t feel like myself and I don’t feel like I’m strong enough,” Richards, 55, exclusively shared. While filming the Bravo reality series, Richards had just split from Mauricio Oumanski. The couple announced their separation after nearly three decades of marriage in July 2023. They have not yet filed for divorce.

Richards added that in addition to the out-of-character moment when she left the set, she’s also “nervous” watching some of the things she shared about herself and her colleagues in her confessionals.

“You know, when you talk about conflicts with other women and you’re upset in the moment, you say things,” she continued. “And now we’ve prepared things, and now you have to go back and relive that, and it just brings back all those feelings, so that I’m not looking forward to it.”

Although Richards regrets her actions and words, she recognizes her mistakes.

“I’m sure I’ve said things I wish I hadn’t said, or commented things I shouldn’t have said, but we don’t have that luxury to do what we do,” she said. she declared. “I regret leaving that day. I wish I was in a stronger place and just held my head high and said what I expected from them instead of falling apart.

Richards, who is the only remaining OG cast member on RHOBHadmitted that her Season 14 outburst was the first she had during her Housewives tenure.

“This is the first time this has happened to me in 14 years. I never called in sick. I never showed up to film,” she mused. “I just needed a break, and… I just can’t do that, and I had to let them know I can’t shoot.”

While Richards wondered if the Bravo series was still in the cards for her, she’s grateful that the cast and crew gave her “grace” so she could focus on her well-being.

“It helped me reflect and rest and think about coming back and what that means, or doesn’t mean,” she admitted. “And needless to say, I arrived after taking some time off.”

Fans got their first glimpse of Richards’ tumultuous season last month when the official RHOBH the trailer fell. In the clip, Richards said she was “done” with the show and the cast before leaving their event.
