Kylian Mbappé will refer PSG to the LFP disciplinary committee for “non-payment of bonuses and salary”

Kylian Mbappé (25 years old) will refer Paris Saint-Germain to the LFP disciplinary committee for “non-payment of bonuses and salary”, AFP understand.

For months, Mbappé and his former club have been in conflict over the non-payment of bonuses and salaries amounting to 55 million euros. PSG believes that the current Real Madrid player had agreed to waive this amount if he left the club on a free transfer. However, Mbappé and his lawyers believe that their Gentleman’s Agreement has been broken and that he is entitled to claim the 55 million euros.

Mbappé’s claims were supported by an injunction from the LFP legal commission on September 11 and then from the joint appeals committee on October 25, which demanded that the club remunerate its former player. However, PSG refused, while a request by the club to the French Football Federation to review the matter was rejected.

Will the Mbappé-PSG hearing take place on December 11?

AFP writes that an internal source at the LFP revealed that Mbappé would refer the matter to the disciplinary committee. According to this same source, a hearing will take place on December 11.
