EastEnders set to air TWO Christmas Day episodes for first time since 2008

EASTENDERS is set to have TWO episodes on Christmas Day for the first time since 2008.

The BBC is yet to confirm schedules for the Christmas and New Year period, but eagle-eyed fans have noticed that the program has been added to the EPGs (electronic program guides).

And they could have a treat – two of them.

Instead of the soap having only one special episode to watch, this year there will be two chances to watch it.
