Senheng enhances PlusOne loyalty program with new upgrades

Senheng has announced several upgrades to its PlusOne loyalty program, allowing members greater flexibility in using their S-Coin. It also unveiled its new slogan, “My rewards, my choice”, which replaces its old slogan, which has been synonymous with Senheng for more than two decades.

The updated program focuses on ease and flexibility when it comes to redeeming rewards using its Reward Points, known as S Coins. In addition to allowing members to use their S-Coin to trade any item at Senheng, it recently introduced a curated list of items that can be fully traded using S-Coin – these items can be redeemed from the Senheng app or at Senheng outlets nationwide.

At the press conference we were told that there are currently over 2,000 items available for a full S-Coin exchange, which cover everyday items, lifestyle e-vouchers and, of course , electrical appliances. The list of items will also be reviewed quarterly, with less popular items to be replaced with new products.

According to Senheng, he saw the need to improve his PlusOne membership because among its 4 million members, millions of S-Coin remain untraded, including one account with 5.7 million S-Coin worth RM57,000. As such, it also removed previous S-Coin trading limits, allowing members to fully utilize their S-Coin to partially or fully offset their purchases at Senheng.

With the new unlimited trading feature, we encourage our PlusOne members to log in, see how many S-Coin they have and start trading,” said KH Lim, Chairman of Senheng.

In addition to the improvements to PlusOne, Senheng will also launch an affiliate program in the first quarter of 2025, allowing members to earn income by recommending products and deals to friends and family. Members will earn revenue when their referrals lead to purchases, turning daily recommendations into tangible financial benefits.

The improvements to Senheng PlusOne are effective immediately and members can check their S-Coin balance directly in the Senheng app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
