Repurchase of shares for cancellation

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc announces that on 4 December 2024 the Company purchased 269,920 ordinary shares at a price of 37.94 pence per share for cancellation.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the shares above, 363,362,883 ordinary shares of 1 pence each will remain outstanding, each carrying one vote.

The Company does not hold any treasury ordinary shares.

The total voting rights in the Company will therefore amount to 363,362,883.

This figure may be used by the shareholders of the Company as a denominator for calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the share capital of the Company or a change in their interest in the share capital of the Company in under the Information and Transparency Declaration.
