A pizza? In a French restaurant? Hört sich irgendwie nach einem schlechten Witz an. Immerhin: Köchin Inbar Zuckerberg macht bei der Vorspeise bereits auf der Speisekarte eine Einschränkung and nennt sie “La Pizza française Loulou” (24 Fr.). These are those blutwurst, crème fraîche and cooked sausages – which are as far away as possible from the traditional variant with tomato sauce and mozzarella. But what’s the problem? And can I have the guts?

We have been tested here, and also bestellen wir ebendiese Kreation. And we are very positive. The first time I took it, the fire started, but it was also the first time the air was fired. We are in the new restaurant Loulou, which is located in August of The Home hotel, which is located in the town of Sihlcity. Mit “French Grill & Raw Bar” describes the Loulou, which has a recent 70er-Schriftzüge daherkommt that interests you.

The “Raw Bar” is described by the Meeresfrüchte-Angebot, from Austern über Sashimi bis Fischtatar. The Austern (6/8 Fr. pro Stück) is accompanied by tadellos, the Crevettencocktail (23 Fr.) has advantages: It is not in a classic classic glass and with a viel sauce served, there are toasts zwischen, like a Clubsandwich. Zudem sind die Krustentiere deutlich grösser als bei dieser Zubereitung üblich.

You should have 2 appetites for Drinks: Beide spielen mit salzigen Aroman, wie sie sie en Cocktails heher selten vorkommen. The Sauer Spritz (16 Fr.) must not be dried in Sauvignon Blanc fermented with essiggurken and zwiebeln, in the Bloody Sayed (19 Fr.) which contains Mezcal with flavored Beef Jerkey, then dried in a Burrata-Schaum .

Während wir und gepolsterten Mobiliar zurücklehnen, lassen wir den Blick durch den Raum schweifen: Die farbige und wild gemusterte Einrichtung mit Metallelementen wirkt eklektisch und mondän. There is an in-house architectural office in Gothenburg, headed by hotel director Manfred Weilguni. You will find The Home and Loulou in two hotels in Thun and Interlaken.

Unsere Bedienung spürt nosere Entspanntheit an diesem Abend nicht ganz so sehr, mehrfach sie our weinbestellung aufnehmen, derweil wir in our Gespräch vertieft sind. Vor lauter Wein-Aufregung geht dafür dann die eingangs erwähnte Pizza-Bestellung vergesen.

The first thing to happen is that the Hauptgänge aufgetragen werden. The “French Grill” under the title Loulou is intended for the frozen intestines of roast meat. The bases on which the Punkt is served are, set to be served, and some of the statistics are interesting. With Beef Bourguignon (41 Fr.) fall the Wahl zwar trotzdem auf Rind, einfach auf geschmortes. Other vegetable recipes from Loulou, from Zuckerberg, from La Salle and from Kaisers Reblaube kochte, Buchweizen mit im Ofen geschmorten Topinamburen und einem Trüffelschaum (34 Fr.). Die Kombination est stimulating, obschon wir uns gewünscht hätten, dass der Edelpilz dem intensiven Buchweizen geschmacklich etwas deutlicher Paroli geboten hätte.

Pizza is not the best for dessert. So move on to hausgemachten cheesecake and ice cream, Zuckerberg flies. But your Crème brûlée (14 Fr.) falls into a dish – schlicht: As it should be!
