NSCL Recruitment 2024: 100+ vacancies with salary up to Rs 1,41,260 per month

National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL) has issued a recruitment notification for a total of 188 posts including Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director. The application process has begun and interested individuals can apply no later than December 8. Candidates must visit the official website of NSCL to submit their application.

Qualification

• Deputy General Director (Vigilance): MBA (HR), MSW or LLB degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Vigilance): MBA (HR), MSW or LLB degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Management Intern (HR): Two-year graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Management trainee (Agriculture): MSc in Agriculture.

Different qualifications are required for various other positions. Some posts are also open to candidates with qualifications like 12th/ITI/Diploma/B.Com.

Age

The maximum age limit for trainee, senior trainee and management trainee positions is 27 years, while for assistant manager positions it is 30 years.

For the post of Deputy General Manager, candidates up to 50 years of age can apply. Age relaxations will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from Rs 24,616 to Rs 1,41,260 per month, depending on the position and experience. In addition to the basic salary, deputy general managers and assistant directors will also be entitled to allowances such as dearness allowance (DA) and rent allowance (HRA).
