Anupam Kher thanks Esha Deol for her special gift on Tumko Meri Kasam sets

Helmed by renowned director Vikram Bhatt, Tumko Meri Kasam is said to be a period drama set in the 70s and also starring Adah Sharma and Ishwak Singh in important roles.

Anupam Kher, known for his incredible acting journey in over 500 films, recently shared a heartwarming moment with his co-actress Esha Deol on the sets of their upcoming film, Tumko Meri Kasam. On Instagram, the actor published a video in which he expressed his gratitude to the actress for giving him a mirror. Yes! You read that right.

In the clip, the DDLJ actor said that while shooting for their film, he loved the mirror that Esha was holding and joked about how gorgeous he looked in it. The Dhoom actress then presented Kher with the mirror that had piqued her interest, which came as a pleasant surprise.

Kher also wrote a heartfelt note thanking the actress for her kind gesture. He wrote, “A special gift from the beautiful #EshaDeol!! Thank you, dearest @imeshadeol, for your warmth and generosity in giving me the mirror that I loved yesterday on the sets of #TumkoMeriKasam. It was fast. I will use it on all other film sets to announce the mirror presenter. You are the best. Love and prayers, always..”

In the video, Esha and Kher wore black and white outfits, presumably depicting their characters in their upcoming film.

Earlier in August, Kher took a sneak peek at the mahurat shot of the film Tumko Meri Kasam in which he expressed his sincere gratitude to director Mahesh Bhatt. “I am fortunate that after almost 28 years, my great director of films like Saransh, Daddy, Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin, Janam and Chahat, #MaheshBhatt Saab, has directed me again for the masterpiece from my 543rd film, Tumko Meri Kasam. ! Hello everyone! Honored to be directed by one of the best directors of Indian cinema for the symbolic Mahurat shot of my 543rd film #TumkoMeriKasam! The film will be directed by #VikramBhatt. Jai Ho! #MagicOfCinema,” the post’s caption read.

Meanwhile, Anupam will next be seen in the political drama film Emergency. Directed by Kangana Ranaut, the film also features Kangana herself, late actor Satish Kaushik, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman and Mahima Chaudhry in lead roles. It will be released in theaters on January 17, 2025.
