Meghalaya Police PET exam canceled for various posts: Check revised timetable here

Meghalaya Police has announced the cancellation of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for various posts. Candidates who have appeared in the PET can refer the official notification on the Meghalaya Police website at megpolice.gov.in. According to the notice, the PET held on November 18 was canceled due to technical problems at the 1st MLP Battalion, Mawiong, and the 4th MLP Battalion, Sohpian.
Candidates appearing for the Physical Efficiency Test must verify their details before downloading their admit card. An online option to modify or correct the information will be provided before generating the admit card. Those wishing to change the date of their PET must submit a request to the Member Secretary of the Central Recruitment Council before the test begins.
Candidates who pass the physical efficiency test, evaluated out of 100 points, will move on to the written exam, followed by an interview.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 2,968 vacancies for posts such as sub-inspector, constable and others. The registration process started on April 1, 2024 and ended on April 30, 2024.
