One man managed to manage the entire London Underground network and visit all 272 stations, raising more than £3,000.

Harry Clough covered the entire 400km network as part of his Ultra London Underground Challenge.

Six of these lines are the equivalent of running an ultramarathon while three are the length of a marathon.

The 26-year-old managed to complete the last and longest line – the center line – today.

The situation was made even more difficult by Storm Darragh which swept through the city, with winds in London reaching 55mph.

But Harry managed to visit areas of London that “often go unnoticed”.

He said Metro: ‘I have now seen a ridiculous amount of London.

“When I was running the Jubilee Line, I went down these really weird tunnels and saw some crazy ships.

“I even got on one of the boats at one point, and without the challenge I wouldn’t have done that.”

Harry, who works for a start-up, managed to take a photo in every metro station.

The most difficult line he traveled was the first of his challenge – the Metropolitan line – on October 30.

He said: “I really hit a wall about 15km into the challenge. I was wearing new sneakers that hadn’t been fully worn yet.

“But I managed to find Greggs to stock up, which made me feel a lot better.”

Harry took on the challenge for Movember, a charity dedicated to men’s mental health.

He said: “The idea was to find a really tough challenge that would last the month of November.

“It’s also something that people, especially Londoners, can relate to because we know how far the tube lines extend.”

He continued: “I have struggled greatly with anxiety and depression throughout my life. I’ve suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember, but I really started having severe panic attacks when I started college.

“The hardest part for me was in the beginning, when I had no idea what panic attacks were – I honestly thought I was dying.

“I didn’t understand that I could feel sad and think that everyone hates me but that it’s my brain that makes things up.

“Even now it’s still difficult, but with this knowledge things are slowly getting better.”
