Major announcement to shareholders – AIM International Mutual Funds

Pursuant to Article 30 of the Capital Markets Act, it is hereby announced that Invesco Ltd. informed ChemoMetec A/S that AIM International Mutual Funds (Invesco International Mutual Funds), on December 4, 2024, reduced its holding of voting rights attached to the shares and voting rights in ChemoMetec A/S below 5%, and that the participation is therefore lower than the limit of 5% provided for in Article 38 of the Capital Markets Act.
